SHOWCASE

OceanObs’19 Exhibitors

We are thrilled to welcome over 60 exhibitors to OceanObs’19. The exhibitors, along with poster presenters and ocean artists, will be showcasing their interactive ocean observations at the  Kamehameha Exhibit Hall from 1700-18:00 Tuesday through Thursday. Check out the exhibitor list and floor layout below!

Exhibitor Information

The OceanObs’19 showcase is not a simple exhibit hall.

A mixture of interactive observation exhibits, Ocean of Opportunity poster sessions, Hawaiian happy hours, ocean photobooths, and scientific talks will expand the network of the ocean observing community and display a comprehensive vision of its collective work. Come discover something new through your own observations in the showcase.

The Exhibit Hall at the Hawaii Convention Center will be available for exhibitor move-in, Sunday, September 15 from 1400 until 2200 and again on Monday, September 16 from 0800 until 1300. Move-out will be on Friday, September 20 from 0800 to 1700. All materials need to be packed up and moved by 1700. An exhibitor lounge will be available at the back of the hall with refreshments, from 0800 – 1800 daily.

Any questions about the exhibit hall, please contact Heidi Allen at allenh@ucar.edu. If you need assistance with booth items, internet for your booth
