SHOWCASE

EXHIBIT APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED (MARCH 1)

We are currently at capacity for our space at the Hawai’i Convention Center and can not accommodate any new applications for the waitlist.

Exhibitor Information

The OceanObs’19 showcase is not a simple exhibit hall.

It will be a mixed use space including posters, artistic contributions and attendee networking. Traditional trade show style exhibits are welcome from industry as well as ocean observing end users and related stakeholders.

We are especially interested in exhibits demonstrating ocean observing systems in action. Dynamic displays that connect attendees, in real-time, to instruments and platforms at sea are of great interest. Static displays of hardware are welcome as well. Modeling results and simulations with real-world impact interpretive elements are encouraged. New concepts for technology or end user service are desired and may be highlighted in an “innovation corridor.”

The cost structure for exhibit participation is designed only to cover costs of making the space available. This is not intended to be a financial support to the conference. Rather it is meant to be an integral element of attendee experience. The OceanObs’19 Showcase Committee welcomes creative ideas and suggestions!

If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to sponsors@oceanobs19.net.

**Included with an Exhibitor/booth registration are two (2) admissions for entry into the exhibition hall. If you would like to attend any part of the conference, Luau and/or Reception, the conference registration fee is offered at a discounted rate of $400 per person (for the 2 exhibitor admissions only), in addition to the booth registration fees.  Any additional booth staff beyond the 2 included Exhibitor Registrations will need to register on the conference registration site as Full Conference attendees and pay the Full Conference registration fee.  Conference registration may be selected during the booth registration process.
